Return Policy
Notification of Issues
Please inform us of any damage or errors with your delivery within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
We are meticulous in our selection of wines, prioritizing strict quality and provenance criteria. We are therefore unable to accept responsibility for wines that may not meet your personal taste preferences but do not have any technical faults. However, at our complete discretion, we may consider replacing the remainder of any case sold which is not consumable.
General Returns
- We accept returns for items sent to you in error, items that are damaged upon arrival, or wines with specific faults.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same sellable condition in which you received it.
- All returns must include the original packaging as well as a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
