Cult & Boutique offers a diverse selection of quality wines with excellent service. If any element of our service fails to meet your expectations, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve your issues promptly.
Orders
- Confirmation: Our confirmation of an online order does not constitute a guarantee that all wines are available. Should any product be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange either a refund or suggest an alternative option.
- Payment: Payment is due at the point of sale online. If you prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact our team to provide an invoice. Title to all wines purchased remains the property of Cult & Boutique until payment has been received in full.
- Verbal Orders: All verbal orders form a contract conditional upon our written confirmation. We require payment in full before goods will be released for shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Cult & Boutique.

User Conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any alcoholic products. We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy for all deliveries, and photo ID may be requested. If no one is present during delivery, or the courier believes you are under 18, the products will not be delivered.
Liability
Cult & Boutique cannot accept liability for wines that do not have technical faults but fail to meet your personal taste requirements. Please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy for more details.
