Delivery Service

We primarily use DHL to provide you with a reliable and expedient delivery service. In some instances, we may also utilize other third-party delivery services, particularly for orders shipping from London City Bond bonded warehouses. Our commitment to ensuring that your fine wines arrive safely and promptly remains our top priority.

Shipping Time

After placing an order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. In some cases, due to factors such as high demand or specific delivery locations, your delivery may take up to 5 days to arrive. We strive to ensure that your fine wines reach you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination. It's important to note that these shipping fees are separate from any applicable insurance fees.

Insurance Coverage

For orders ranging between £200 and £800, a flat insurance fee of £12 is applied. For purchases exceeding £800, a 1.5% insurance fee is levied, aligning with DHL's rates.

In Bond Transfers

Transfers between London City Bond Eton Park and any other bonded warehouse will incur charges as per LCB’s distribution tariff. Further details are available upon request.
