Hints of grassy freshness open up to red apple, red cherry sweetness, and toasty creaminess. The palate features red berry fruits and red apple peel with zesty blood orange, bitter almonds, and a touch of caramel, hinting at development. For the 2019 vintage Rosé, a small percentage of barrel-aged red wine was blended before the second fermentation. It was then followed by 36 months of lees ageing and finished with 8.2g/l of dosage. Drink date: 2023 – 2028
