Rita Hills, it layers ripe Meyer lemon and lemon sorbet with creamy pastry, subtle caramel and a distinctive touch of sea salt. Cadre, Sea Queen Albariño, 2024
Sea Queen feels as though it was designed for days spent near the water. Grown just a few miles from the Pacific Ocean in California’s Edna Valley, this Albariño combines spicy citrus, orange blossom, jasmine and tropical fruit with a briny, mineral edge. Energetic acidity runs through the palate, carrying flavours of white peach, stone fruit and citrus into a long, saline finish. Pour it with oysters, ceviche or simply whenever the sea is slightly too far away.

Jonata’s Todos 2019 is a powerful yet beautifully composed Ballard Canyon red, led by Syrah and supported by Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot and several smaller components.
