Clarendon Hills’ flagship 2007 Syrah Astralis. Aromas of pain grille, pencil lead, tar, underbrush, meat, licorice, and blackberry lead to a burly finish. It has tremendous grip, plenty of fine-grained tannin, layers of savory fruit.
