In 2022, as the story goes, the Krankls’ son went into anaphylactic shock after being stung by a bee in a remote area of Costa Rica, this 'Life & Death' series nods to this, whilst also paying homage to what Nikolas Krankl refers to as “the great importance of the pollinator".
