Delicate, downright pretty aromas of baked apple, pear, lemon pith and flaky pastry flow to a palate that's open-knit and approachable yet also intricate and harmonious. There's a beautifully long line of tangy acidity that carries the flavor and textural weight through to a long finish, tempting you into another sip. And another. A highly classy fizz from one of English wine's top producers.
