A blanket of crushed rose petals on the opening beats, good lift and freshness here, love the raspberry fruits. This is a great value entry to the Ornellaia range, and more appealing than many Super Tuscans that are many times the price – a real buy, and one of the secrets of Tuscany in my opinion. Earthy, spicy, fruity, fresh, neutral barrels for 10 months. Lighter bottle as of this 2023 vintage.
